Hi, I'm Dr Richard Williams, a Clinical Specialist in Stress supporting individuals with stress and stress-related health issues. I have more than 20 years clinical experience, including within the NHS and in private practice. My sub-specialities include health anxiety, palpitations, fertility and cardiovascular risk. I have postgraduate qualifications from UK universities including Bristol, Birmingham and Oxford, including in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I am passionate about promoting and supporting self-care for people to improve their physical and psychological health for both short- and long-term benefit.
